Family reunion website: one private place for the whole family

A private family site — just your people, never on Google.

Plan the family reunion in one link: who’s coming, where to stay, the schedule and the potluck list, and photos everyone can see. The same private site works for a milestone birthday, an anniversary, a housewarming, family news, and remembering the people you’ve lost.

How we keep it private

  • An unguessable link. Your site’s address is random, never your names.
  • Never on Google. No search engine lists it, ever.
  • Optional password. Free, on every plan.
  • Invited guests only, if you want. Guests get in with the email you invited them with or their personal link.
  • Revoke a link anytime. Make a new link and the old one stops working.
  • No photo downloads unless you allow them.
  • No photo location data. We remove it from every photo.
  • Children’s pages are never public.
  • No ads.
  • We never sell your data.

Everything for the family reunion

  • RSVP by household. Each branch of the family answers for everyone in it, with ages and dietary needs.
  • The whole weekend. The Friday get-together, the big day, the Sunday brunch, each with its own place and time.
  • Travel and where to stay. A hotel block, campsites, directions and parking for relatives coming from away.
  • Who’s bringing what. A potluck or wish list people sign up for, so you don’t end up with six potato salads.
  • Photos and a guestbook. Share the pictures from the day and keep the notes people leave.
  • Every page in English and French. Relatives choose their language; some designs also offer Spanish, Chinese and Punjabi.

Family reunion ideas

  • Pick the date early and put it on the site first: the rest can follow.
  • Name tags by branch of the family tree help the cousins who only meet every few years.
  • A potluck by family keeps the cooking fair and the table interesting.
  • Book the group photo for early in the day, before anyone leaves.
  • Bring the old albums: a table of photos gets every generation talking.

Questions

Who can see our family site?

Only the people you send the link to. The address is random, it is never on Google, and you can add a password or let in invited guests only.

Can relatives reply for their whole household?

Yes. Each household gets one reply with everyone’s name, and you see the totals and dietary needs at a glance.

Does it work in French?

Every page works in English and French, and your relatives choose their language. Some designs also offer Spanish, Chinese and Punjabi.

Is it free?

It’s free to build, with no time limit. Sharing it with your family takes an Event Pass: CA$19 once, plus GST/HST, for 12 months, or someone can gift it.
