How we keep it private
- An unguessable link. Your site’s address is random, never your names.
- Never on Google. No search engine lists it, ever.
- Optional password. Free, on every plan.
- Invited guests only, if you want. Guests get in with the email you invited them with or their personal link.
- Revoke a link anytime. Make a new link and the old one stops working.
- No photo downloads unless you allow them.
- No photo location data. We remove it from every photo.
- Children’s pages are never public.
- No ads.
- We never sell your data.

What goes on your registry
Make funds for what you really need (diapers, the RESP, extra weeks of parental leave, the nursery) with a goal and a progress bar. Guests send an Interac e-Transfer from their own bank and tell you on the site; nothing passes through In Our Life, so there are no fees. Add anything from any Canadian store with the + Add to In Our Life button; guests mark what they buy so nothing is doubled.

Everything on one baby site
- Shower RSVP. Guests find their invitation by name; separate RSVPs for the shower and the sip & see.
- Registry, Canadian style. Diaper, RESP and parental-leave funds by Interac e-Transfer straight to you, plus gifts from any Canadian store with “I’ll get this”.
- Meal train. Friends pick a day to bring supper in the first weeks, and favours like dog walking.
- Birth announcement. Add the name, date and weight after the birth: the same site becomes the announcement, with a password if you like.
- English and French, and a thank-you tracker for after.

Questions
Is the baby registry free?
Yes. The registry, funds, shower RSVP for up to 100 guests and the meal train are free. The Event Pass (CA$19 once) adds unlimited guests and guest photo upload. Privacy is always included.
Can we have an RESP fund?
Yes. Make an RESP fund with a goal; guests send their gift by Interac e-Transfer and you deposit it yourself.
Which stores work?
Any online store: paste the link or use the Add to In Our Life button on the product page.
Are there fees on cash gifts?
No. Money goes from your guests’ bank to yours; In Our Life never touches it.
How long does my site stay online?
A free site stays online until 12 months after your event. An Event Pass keeps it online 12 months from the day you buy it. After that, keep it with the Family plan (CA$6.99/month), or it goes offline: we keep everything 90 days, email you before, then delete it.
What is the Family plan?
CA$6.99 a month keeps all your family’s event sites online with everything in the Event Pass: the shower, the birth announcement, birthdays, graduations, a housewarming. Cancel anytime.
Can I give an Event Pass as a gift?
Yes. Buy one for someone else, add a message and a send date, and they get a code by email. The code never expires, and it’s refundable on request until it’s used.
