Questions
Can guests tell us they need a kosher meal?
Yes. Turn on the dietary choices and every guest can tick Kosher, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free or Nut allergy on the RSVP, plus add a note. You see the totals per event.
Can we plan the whole bar or bat mitzvah weekend on one site?
Yes. A new site starts with Shabbat dinner, the Shabbat morning service, the kiddush, the party and Sunday brunch; rename, move or remove any of them, and invite some households to only part of the weekend.
Can we share a hotel block with out-of-town guests?
Yes. Add each hotel with its group code, deadline and link; they show in an “Out-of-town guests” section, and you can add notes such as walking distance to the synagogue.
Can we explain synagogue etiquette to guests?
Every design has a “Good to know” section. The samples cover kippot, modest dress, no phones or photos during the Shabbat service and the candy toss; keep, edit or remove each line.
Do the designs use Hebrew?
A few Hebrew words appear as decoration, such as mazel tov or Shabbat shalom. Everything guests need to read is in English or French.
Who can see our site?
Only people with your link. It never appears on Google, and you can add a password or limit it to invited guests.
